By facilitating the collaboration between individuals, communities, local and national organizations, and policy makers, Questscope has helped create innovative programs that provide second-chance alternatives for refugees, school drop-outs, working kids, juvenile offenders and low-income young women.

Questscope’s actions and mission are guided by several humanitarian principles including:

Humanity: Questcope seeks to alleviate human suffering, uphold human dignity, and work alongside others for a better future. Through our Trauma Recovery, Empowerment, and Economic Inclusion programs, we help refugees, displaced persons, and communities on the periphery find hope.

Neutrality: Questscope refrains from taking sides in political, ethnic, religious, or military conflicts. Our focus is on the well-being of children, women, refugees, displaced persons, and the vulnerable regardless of the cause of the crisis.

Impartiality: Humanitarian assistance should be delivered on the basis of need, without discrimination. Questscope works to ensure that everyone has access to trauma recovery, empowerment, education, and economic inclusion regardless of their nationality, race, gender, religion, political beliefs, or social status.

Independence: Humanitarian organizations must be able to operate freely from political pressure or influence. Questscope adheres to principles of impartiality and independence in decision-making without the influence of political, economic, or military pressure.
